Smile KC Foundation was founded on our passion for serving the Kansas City community with a special emphasis on our local veterans. The donations we receive fund our initiative to provide free, high-quality dental care to our local veterans and gives dentists in the area opportunities to provide dental care to their patients in-need. With your help, we want to see all of Kansas City smile.

How the Smile KC Foundation works 

Smile KC has two ways that we serve the community:

Our main initiative is...

providing year-round, high-quality dental care to veterans in our community. We want to do everything we can to serve those who served us, and partner with various organizations, companies, and individuals to make this happen.

Our secondary initiative is

through the Smile Fund, where dentists can apply for grants to provide free care to families & individuals they care for who are most in need.

Dr. Esther Pedersen, DDS, FAGD, FAACA

Founder

Dr. Esther Pedersen is the founder and co-owner of Love to Smile Complete Family and Implant Dentistry in Overland Park, KS. She has been practicing dentistry in the Kansas City area for over ten years and has seen firsthand how quality dental care can change a life. Love to Smile actively donates tens of thousands of dollars every year in free dental care to churches, individuals, and families around KC. Dr. Pedersen is passionate about seeing her community transformed and serving our nations heroes.
